Since 2001, he has advised businesses, working with CEOs and Executive Teams of mid-market companies in the retail, distribution, hospitality, agriculture, construction, education, medical, technology and manufacturing industries. Many have been family businesses; some have been turnaround situations. Prior to becoming an advisor to CEOs and executive teams, Todd worked at a CPA firm which focused on middle market and entrepreneurial organizations.
